Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru, který společnost OMEGA, spol. s r.o. zamýšlí. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše, která vysvětluje pojem investice, klasifi-kace investic, zdroje financování a jednotlivé metody hodnocení investic. V praktické části je představena společnost OMEGA, spol. s r.o. a její aktivity, popisuje její organizační a finanční strukturu a jednotlivé ukazatele hodnocení investice. Závěrem bakalářské práce je navržení určitých doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of investment efficiency which company OMEGA, spol. s r.o. intends. In theoretical part a literary background research, which illustrates conception of invest-ment, classification of investment, financing arrangements and individual methods of in-vestment evaluation, is worked up. In practical part are OMEGA, spol. s r.o. company in-troduced and its activities, it describes its organizational and financial structure and indi-vidual indices of investment evaluation. The intention of the bachelor thesis is to suggest some recommendations to improve existing situation. |
