Tato diplomová práce se zabývá spojením finančních a nefinančních ukazatelů v hodnocení a řízení výkonnosti podniku Kemifloc, a.s. V první části jsou nejprve charakterizovány činitele výkonnosti, dále jsou zmíněny některé přístupy měření výkonnosti podniku a nakonec je popsán princip metody Balanced Scorecard. Druhá část této práce zahrnuje charakteristiku samotného podniku a odvětví spolu s identifikací nejvýznamnějších finančních a nefinančních faktorů výkonnosti podniku Kemifloc. K tomu byly využity tyto nástroje: Finanční analýza, SWOT analýza, Porterův model 5ti konkurenčních sil, analýza obecného okolí. Poté následuje nejdůležitější oddíl, a to projekt tvorby a implementace Balanced Scorecard v podniku Kemifloc. |

This master thesis deals with connection financial and nonfinancial indicators in measuring and management performance of the company Kemifloc, Inc. The first part describes elements of performance, further are mentioned some approaches of measuring performance of the company and in the end there is a description of the Balanced Scorecard method principle. The second part of this work includes characteristics of the company and branch together with the identification of the most significant financial and non-financial factors of the company's performance. Therefor were used these tools: The Financial analysis, The SWOT analysis, The Porter analysis and Analysis of the common surroundings. After it follows the most important part, namely project of building and implementing the Balanced Scorecard in the company Kemifloc. |
