dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zjistit současnou úroveň komunikace zdravotníků s romskými pacienty ? zda se při kontaktu s nimi potýkají zdravotníci s komunikačními pro-blémy, co je největším problémem při jednání s touto minoritou, ale také to, jací jsou Romové z pohledu zdravotníků pacienti. V teoretické části se práce zabývá obecnými pravidly a doporučeními, která by měli zdravotníci při kontaktu s Romy dodržovat, popisuje styl komunikace Romů i některé jejich tradice či kulturní specifika, která ovlivňují jejich pohled na zdraví a zdravotnická zařízení. Práce se zabývá také příčinami a důsledky špatného zdravotního stavu Romů. Praktická část přináší kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný formou dotazníku mezi zdravotníky na Kroměřížsku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is to map out contemporary level of communication of paramedical workers with ghypsies patients ? whether when in contact with this minority medics have communication troubles, what is the biggest problem for medic staff when dealing with gypsies, as well as what kind of gypsies patients are from the medic?s point of view. The paper in its theoretical part considers general rules and recommendations which should by used by paramedical workers when dealing with gypsies. It also describes the gypsies style of communication, as well as some of their traditions and cultural specifics that affect their view of health and healthcare facilities. The paper also examines causes and effects of bad health within the gypsies community. The practical part of the paper introduces quantitative research which had been realized via questionary among the paramedical workers in the city of Kroměříž.	en
