dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce s názvem ?Strategické řízení a plánování - SWOT analýza, podnikatelské a funkcionální strategie? se zabývá teorií a praxí strategického řízení podniku. Mým cílem je shrnout základní poznatky vztahující se k této problematice a následně je aplikovat na konkrétní společnost Bonar a.s. Teoretická část práce obsahuje vymezení pojmu a podstaty strategického řízení, obecný postup provádění strategické analýzy a také metody, které usnadňují formulaci a výběr strategie. V praktické části je provedena systematická analýza prostředí, které podnik obklopuje. Na základě výsledků strategické analýzy je zpracována SWOT analýza, která je základem pro výběr vhodné konkurenční a rozvojové strategie společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis called "Strategic management and planning - SWOT analysis, business and functional strategy" deals with the theory and practice of strategic management. My goal is to summarize basic information related to this issue and then to apply them to a particular company Bonar Inc. The theoretical part includes a definition and nature of strategic management, a general procedure for conducting the strategic analysis and methods that facilitate a formulation and choice of strategy. In the practical part is performed a systematic analysis of the environment that surrounds the firm. Based on the results of the strategic analysis is performed a SWOT analysis, which is the basis for choosing the appropriate development and competitive strategy.	en
