dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout nejvhodnější možnost financování investičního záměru společnosti Hammerbacher SK a. s. Práce obsahuje dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje postup finanční analýzy. Tato část obsahuje dále fáze investičního procesu a metody hod-nocení efektivnosti investice. V další části jsou uvedeny zdroje financování investičních záměrů a jejich výhody a nevýhody. Poslední kapitolou je zhodnocené investiční riziko. V praktické části je analyzovaná společnost Hammerbacher SK a. s. pomocí finanční ana-lýzy. Výsledné hodnoty jsou porovnány s odvětvím. Dále je představen investiční záměr společnosti a jsou zde popsány jednotlivé nabídky financování od různých bank. Následně jsou tyto nabídky porovnány podle jejich efektivnosti. Závěr se zabývá vyhodnocením vý-sledných hodnot a výběrem nejvhodnější možností financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is to propose the most suitable option of financing investment plan Hammerbacher SK a. s. company. The thesis contains of two parts. Theoretical part de-scribes the procedure of financial analysis. This section contains of phases of the invest-ment process and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of investments. The next part describes the sources of financing investment projects and their advantages and disad-vantages. By the last chapter, it evaluating the investment risk. In the practical part is ana-lyzed Hammerbacher SK a. s. company by financial analysis. The resulting values are compared with the industry. In the next capture is presented an investment plan of the company and describes the variants of financing offers from different banks. Subsequently are these offers compared according to their effectiveness. Conclusion deals with the eval-uation of the resulting values and choosing one of the best financing options.
