dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá hospodařením a vedením účetnictví vybrané obce. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení legislativního rámce a základních pojmů týkajících se rozpočtů, financování a hospodaření obcí, včetně změn ve vedení účetnictví před a po účetní reformě. Dále je popsáno, co je obsahem pomocného analytického přehledu, jehož prostřednictvím musí obce své hospodaření také vykazovat. V praktické části je představena konkrétní vybraná obec a poté je pozornost zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření obce a zhodnocení jednotlivých částí výkazů pomocného analytického přehledu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with management and bookkeeping of selected municipality. The theoretical part defines the legislative framework and the basic concepts related to budget, financing and management of municipalities, including changes in bookkeeping before and after the accounting reform. It is also described what is the content of the auxiliary analytical review, through which municipalities must show their management. In the practical part is introduced specifically selected municipality. The attention is focused on the analysis of the municipality and the assessment of individual parts of auxiliary analyti-cal reports overview.
