dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti investice a návrhem vhodného řešení financování. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na rešerši literárních zdrojů pojednávající o investičním záměru investičních strategie včetně finanční analýzy výkazů podniku a jeho peněžních toků. Taktéž obsahuje metody hodnocení efektivnosti investice a členění rizik v komerční oblasti. Praktická část pak představuje společnost a hodnocení její hospodářské a finanční situace. Dále pak pokračuje návrh a zhodnocení investičního záměru. Závěrečná doporučení reflektují možný výsledek projektu a možná komerční rizika spojená s realizací.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of an investment plan and recommend a suitable financing option. Theoretical part contains research of literary sources dealing with investment planning and strategie, including analysis of companys financial statements and cash-flow and also contains investment plan evaluation methods and segmentation of potential business risks. Practical part of the thesis introduces a selected company, evaluates its financial and economic situation, investment project and its evaluation. Final recommendations reflect the possible outcome of the project and all possible commercial risks tied to its realization.
