Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou evidence dlouhodobého hmotného majetku ve vybrané firmě. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny konkrétní pojmy, které souvisí se zvoleným tématem, jako je dlouhodobý hmotný majetek, jeho pořízení, ocenění, dále pak odpisování, opravy a údržba a v neposlední řadě taky inventarizace a způsoby jeho vyřazení z evidence. Praktická část se věnuje rozboru vybrané firmy a tomu, jak tato firma hospodaří se svým dlouhodobým hmotným majetkem a jak vypadá jeho průběh všemi procesy od pořízení až po následné vyřazení z evidence. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí získaných poznatků a rozboru zjištěných nedostatků v dané oblasti a jsou navrhnuta možná řešení a zlepšení, která by vedla ke zkvalitnění evidence dlouhodobého hmotného majetku v této firmě. |

This bachelor thesis work concerns with the issue of the record keeping of the tangible pro-perty in a representative company. The whole work is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical one. Concrete terms are delimited in the theoretical part. These terms inclu-de long-term tangible assets and acquistion and pricing of the long-term tangible assets, depreciation, reparations and maintanance and also inventorying and the way of its discarding. The practical part concerns with an analysis of a chosen representative company and concers also with the administration of the long-tarm assets of this company and also what is the whole process starting with acquisition to discarding from the register. The summary of the obtained knowledge and finding out of defects in this selected area as well as a proposal of the solutions leading to improvement of the record keeping of the long-term assets in this chosen representative company are given in the conclusion. |
