dc.description.abstract	Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je financování dlouhodobého majetku a s ním spojený investiční záměr ve vybrané stavební společnosti. Cílem této práce je shrnout, porovnat dostupné finanční zdroje a následně zjistit nejvhodnější zdroj financování pro tuto inves-tici. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše z oblasti dlouhodobého majetku a jeho finančních zdrojů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vybranou společnost XY, s. r. o. Na základě účetních výkazů byla provedena finanční analýza, která slouží jako podklad pro zhodnocení finanční situace podniku. Následně byl charakterizován investiční záměr a na základě provedené finanční analýzy navržen a doporučen způsob financování konkrétní investice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the financing of fixed assets and the associated in-vestment plan in a selected construction company. The aim of this work is to summarize and compare the available financial sources and then find out the most suitable source of financing for this investment. The theoretical part deals with a literature search in the field of fixed assets and its financial resources. The practical part focuses on the selected company XY, s. r. o. Based on the financial statements, a financial analysis was perfor-med, which serves as a basis for evaluating the financial situation of the company. Sub-sequently, the investment plan was characterized and based on the performed financial analysis, a method of financing a specific investment was proposed and recommended.
