dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku inventarizace majetku a závazků pro uzavření účetnictví vybraného podniku. Úkolem bylo zhodnotit provádění inventarizace v podniku a navrhnout možná opatření či řešení pro zlepšení kvality této práce. Hodnocení kvality inventarizace bylo prováděno pozorováním a rozhovory se zaměstnanci, kteří inventarizaci provádějí. Navržené řešení obsahuje vyhotovení vnitřní inventarizační směrnice, která dopomůže ke zlepšení kvality inventarizace a omezí tak velký vznik inventarizačních rozdílů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on the stock-taking of assets and liabilities for closing books of a selected company. The task was to evaluate the implementation of the company´s inventory and suggest possible measures or solutions for improving the quality of this work. The evaluation of the inventory quality was performed by observations and interviews with the employees who carry out the inventory. The proposed solution includes the preparation of an internal inventory directive, which will help to improve the quality of inventory and thus reduce the significant occurrence of inventory differences.
