dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na systém řízení kvality ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem je odstranit slabá místa, která jsou definována na základě provedené analýzy, která se zaměřuje na oddělení kvality a její procesy. Práce je zaměřena na procesy a analytický nástroj pro zákaznickou kvalitu, výrobní kvalitu, výrobu a měrové oddělení. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navržena řešení a návrhy odsouhlasené vedením budou následně implementovány. Hlavní účel práce je zjištění náročnosti určených procesů za pomocí metod měření činnosti, rozhovorů s pracovníky a sledování. Na základě naměřených hodnot a všech výsledků je cílem zlepšit stávající procesy a pořídit nový nástroj pro sběr výrobních dat a jejich vyhodnocení. Přínosem pro společnost je urychlení pracovních činností a zjednodušení práce pro celou společnost díky drobnějším zlepšení. Společnost tak bude držet krok s vysokorychlostní dobou, která se v automobilovém průmyslu nezastaví.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the quality management system in the selected company. The target is to eliminate the weaknesess defined by the analysis of the quality department and it´s processes. The main focus lies on the processes and the analytical tool of the customer quality, production quality, production and the measurement department. Based on the results of the analysis the solutions are designed. The solutions, that were approved by the leadership of the company, will be implemented accordingly. The main purpose of the paper is to define the demandingness of the processes while using the methods of the employment measurement, dialogues with the employers and observing. Based on the data collected during the survey the current processes will be improved as well as the new instrument for the collection and evaluation of the data from the production will be acquired. The benefits for the company are the faster work activities as well as the simplification of the work through the whole company thank to the chain of the tinny improvements. The company will lie it´s finger on the pulse of the nowaday industrial world, where nothing ever stops - especially in the automotive industry.
