dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce " Komunikační politika a návrh optimální komunikace firmy KALINA industries s.r.o." je vytvořit projekt - komunikační plán firmy, který by měl sloužit ke zvýšení efektivity komunikace a tím i ke zvýšení objemu prodeje. Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretickou, praktickou a projektovou část. V teoretické části jsou definována specifika MKT a MK na B2B trzích. Praktická část obsahuje segmentaci a analýzu současné situace ve firmě z pohledu marketingových komunikací. Na základě výsledků analýzy navrhuje projektová část komunikační mix a komunikační kanály jednotlivých cílových skupin a součástí je také předpokládaný rozpočet na rok 2008.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis entitled "Communication policy and suggestion of optimal company communication of KALINA industries s.r.o." is to make a project - communication plan of the company that should be served to increase the effectiveness of communication and the capacity of distribution. The diploma thesis includes the theoretical, practical and project part. The theoretical part defines the particularity of MKT and MK on the B2B markets. The practical part contains the segmentation and analysis of a contemporary situation in the company from the marketing communication perspective. On the basis of the analysis results, the project part suggests communication mix and communication canals of individual target groups and next part includes the supposed budget for the year 2008.	en
